To be great, an athlete must put in a significant amount of work on their own time. We teach the athlete how to train, but it doesn’t end when the session ends. We take pride in providing each and every athlete with the tools to continue improvement every single day. Wall ball sessions are by far the best way to sharpen stick skills on your own time. Different concepts and routines are provided to each athlete in the program. The winners are the athletes who choose to put in the extra work.
